The scope of Salient CRGT's commitment is detailed in this Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to Salient CRGT's use of such information as described herein.

As we grow and change, we may amend this Privacy Policy. The Policy in effect at the time you use the Site governs how we may use your information. How We Collect and Use Information

We collect the following types of information about you:

Registration and Profile Information.

Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Service. When you create an account, we may collect your personal information such as your username, first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, agency affiliation, device type, and a profile image. We may use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important product information notices and technical bulletins.

Data collected through use of the Service.

After you set up your account, we may ask for additional profile and demographic information, such as personal emergency instructions and information, and an alias to further enhance features of our Service.

Determining and Sharing Location

The features and functionality in our Apps require that you provide your location. We will only process your location data with your permission. If you use our Service and have enabled background location services in our Apps, you have permitted us to collect the above Data about you in the background even when you do not have the Service open (as permitted by your device settings). You may turn off location services at any time by going to your device settings and toggling off background location. However, doing so will render the Service un-usable. We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WIFI, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We maintain location information as long as is reasonable to provide the Service.

Information we collect automatically through the use of technology.

When you visit our website, use our web app, or use our mobile app, we may collect certain information about your computer or device through technology such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tracking/recording tools. We may share your personal information outside the Company and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates in some specific circumstances, including:

• We share your personal information, including name, email, location with others within your Service groups. For example, your company or affiliated groups in the Voyager apps will see your location, position updates, and related username or alias.

Salient CRGT will not intentionally disclose (and will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the accidental disclosure of) your Personal Info to third parties (i.e., persons or entities that are not affiliates of Salient CRGT), whether for such third parties' marketing purposes or otherwise, subject only to the following exceptions:

1. Salient CRGT may disclose your Personal Info to third parties as required or permitted by the laws, rules, and regulations of any nation, state, or other applicable jurisdiction;
2. Salient CRGT may disclose your Personal Info to third parties who deliver information from us to you for the purpose of performing such delivery;
3. Salient CRGT may disclose your Personal Info if, in connection with submitting the information, you consent to such disclosure;
4. Salient CRGT may disclose contact information for you in response to inquiries by bona-fide rights owners in connection with allegations of infringement of copyright or other proprietary rights arising from information you have posted on the Site or otherwise provided to Salient CRGT;
5. If CRGT and/or any of its affiliates merges with or sells substantially all of its assets or a majority of its equity to a third party, information collected by Salient CRGT or such affiliates on their Salient CRGT sites may be disclosed to and owned by the merged entity or third party.

How We Protect Your Information

Salient CRGT has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect Personal Info from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized Salient CRGT personnel are provided access to Personal Info, and these employees are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, Salient CRGT cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your Personal Info.

Your Choices About Your Information

You may, of course, decline to submit any personal information through the Service, in which case Salient CRGT may not be able to provide its Services to you.

Modifying Your Account Information and Settings:

You may modify your account information, update or amend your personal information, or change your password at any time by contacting Voyager Support.

You can also stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, parental consent notification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). You can stop all collection of information by the Apps easily by uninstalling the Apps. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Third Party Location Sharing:

We do not share your personal information and location data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Delete Your Account and Personal Information:

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us at VoyagerSupport@SalientCRGT.com.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. Salient CRGT understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an on-line environment.
