Salient CRGT ("Salient CRGT," "Voyager Atlas," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the personally-identifiable information that Salient CRGT collect from you as you use Voyager Services including Voyager Atlas and CommandTRACKER (collectively, our "Service"). The scope of Salient CRGT's commitment is detailed in this Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to Salient CRGT's use of such information as described herein.

As we grow and change we may amend this Privacy Policy.  The Policy in effect at the time you use the Site governs how we may use your information.  If we make material changes we will post the revised Policy and the revised effective date on this Site. How We Collect and Use Information

We collect the following types of information about you:

Registration and Profile Information.  

Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Service. When you create an account, we may collect your personal information such as your username, first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, agency affiliation, device type, and a photo, if you chose to have a photo associated with your account. We may use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important product information and required notices.

 

Data collected through use of the Service. 

After you set up your account, we may ask for other profile and demographic information, such as personal emergency instructions and information, and an alias.

 

Determining and Sharing Location

The features and functionality in our Apps require that you provide your location. We will only process your location data with your permission. If you use our Service and have enabled background location services in our Apps, you have permitted us to collect the above Data about you in the background even when you do not have the Service open (as permitted by your device settings). You may turn off location services at any time by going to your device settings and toggling off background location. We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We maintain location information as long as is reasonable to provide the Service.

 

 

Information we receive about you from others:

 

Information we collect automatically through the use of technology. 

When you visit our website or use our mobile app, we and our business partners may collect certain information about your computer or device through technology such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tracking/recording tools. The information we collect through the use of tracking technologies includes, but is not limited to, IP address, browser information, referring/exit pages and URLs, click stream data and information about how you interact with links on the website, mobile app, or Service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows us to uniquely identify your browser and track your browsing behavior on our site, mobile device type, mobile device IDs or other persistent identifiers, and location data collected from your mobile device. Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our Users, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time. 

Research:

We may also use your Data for research and development, to improve Services, or to offer new products, features and tools, but only to the extent that this is in compliance with applicable law. For example, we may redesign the Apps to make it easier for you to find and communicate with other users in your group. We may also use your Data to customize our Apps and Sites to provide you with your own special experience.

We may share your personal information outside the Company and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates in some specific circumstances, including:

-        We share your personal information, including name, email, location with others within your Service groups. For example, your company or affiliated groups in Voyager Atlas will see your location, position updates, and related username or alias.

 

Non-Disclosure

Salient CRGT will not intentionally disclose (and will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the accidental disclosure of) your Personal Info to third parties (i.e., persons or entities that are not affiliates of Salient CRGT), whether for such third parties' marketing purposes or otherwise, subject only to the following exceptions:

1.     Salient CRGT may disclose your Personal Info to third parties as required or permitted by the laws, rules, and regulations of any nation, state, or other applicable jurisdiction;

2.     Salient CRGT may disclose your Personal Info to third parties who deliver information from us to you for the purpose of performing such delivery;

3.     Salient CRGT may disclose your Personal Info if, in connection with submitting the information, you consent to such disclosure;

4.     Salient CRGT may disclose contact information for you in response to inquiries by bona-fide rights owners in connection with allegations of infringement of copyright or other proprietary rights arising from information you have posted on the Site or otherwise provided to Salient CRGT;

5.     If CRGT and/or any of its affiliates merges with or sells substantially all of its assets or a majority of its equity to a third party, information collected by Salient CRGT or such affiliates on their Salient CRGT sites may be disclosed to and owned by the merged entity or third party.

 

How We Protect Your Information

Salient CRGT has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect Personal Info from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized Salient CRGT personnel are provided access to Personal Info, and these employees are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, Salient CRGT cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your Personal Info.

Your Choices About Your Information

You may, of course, decline to submit any personal information through the Service, in which case Salient CRGT may not be able to provide its Services to you.

Modifying Your Account Information and Settings:  

You may modify your account information, update or amend your personal information, or change your password at any time by contacting Voyager Support.

 

You can also stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, parental consent notification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). You can stop all collection of information by the Apps easily by uninstalling the Apps. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

 

Third Party Location Sharing:  

We do not share your personal information and location data with third parties for advertising purposes.

 

Delete Your Account and Personal Information: We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us at voyagersupport@salientcrgt.com .

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. Salient CRGT cannot control and are not responsible for the information collection and privacy practices of such third-party web sites, which may differ from those of this Site.

Children's Online Privacy Protection

Salient CRGT understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an on-line environment. The Service is not intentionally designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and Salient CRGT will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.
